Missed opportunity with the newly added gloves to the Templar-set in Dzemael Darkhold

I've been hoping for the blue Ishgardian Temple knight's vambraces since ARR and with the added loot in Stone Vigil and Dzemael Darkhold, I got once more hopeful that we'd finally be able to get them.

What we got instead was something that doesn't even look part of the set.

Apparently, some lucky 1.0 players might have the blue ones lying around in their inventory. But for now I seem to be stuck with the cobalt vambraces.
