Floor glitches on Mac

I have been playing on PS4 for years but since I am not home at the moment I bought FFXIV for my MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014) running the latest software and I have been experiencing this bug where the floor keeps glitching upwards and sometimes hiding my character.

I took a screenshot but I don't know how to upload it to this forum.

You need to upload it to some other image host first, such as imgur and then link that.
