Exiting/Quitting a solo instance

As part of a quest I started a solo instance but it glitched. No problem, just exit or restart it right?
Except,

• The "Leave" button in the Duty Finder was disabled.
• It wouldn't let me run out of bounds or back out the way I came in.
• While it was timed there was more than 20 minutes left and no way I was going to wait that long.

I couldn't find an obvious leave/quit/abandon option so I just logged off, logged back on, and then I could restart it.

Was there some button or something I missed?

Well... not the answer I was hoping for but honest.

I wish i had a better answer, but ive never experienced a solo instance glitching. If it isnt letting me leave, it means ive still got something to do.
