Standalone Launcher Visual Glitching Problem

Ever since the new launcher was released, it's had massive visual problems on my computer

The areas that are broken will flash very quickly and randomly as I mouse over different elements, and it's pretty annoying having to use it to log in. I've tried the old launcher and it also behaves in a similar broken way, even though it used to work. I've tried reinstalling but it didn't help.

What have you tried to alleviate the issue? Have you tried updating the graphics drivers?
