DX_11 Crash Error
I am getting a repeated crash error with FFXIV. seems to be DX related.
So Far I have gone as far as Factory Resetting and reinstalling all drivers and the game fresh with zero results.
Graphics Card: AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor
this is only happening with Final Fantasy 14
I have tried running the game in DX9 but I just get a different error

Seems literally turning off the radeon software and disabling overlays fixed this

It got worse

Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.
We apologize for the delay in responding. Does this crash happen when Final Fantasy XIV is the only program running? Where in game does the crash occur? Also, could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
Thank you for visiting the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

Trying to go through all the crash report tickets on the forum and the error message here appears to be very similar to mine (below).
I have a different CPU (Intel i5). I also have an AMD card but it is an RX 5700 XT, updated to the latest stable drivers. Not sure if that helps. Also, I use the Steam version but I cannot tell what launcher is used here.
For tech support: I have more details in the separate thread I had created.

DX 11 fail
Game crashes with the same 5 DX11 errors everyone else is posting here whenever I try to continue the "sleep now in sapphire" quest, or when I get to the third boss in puppet bunker, the video crashes and I am locked out of the game till the instance expires. As a result of this I am CANCELLING MY SUBSRCIPTION, as I cannot continue playing the game and there is no other content I have not done. These errors are repeatable on queue. It not a fluke, or something wrong on my end, this is the SAME HARDWARE I HAVE BEEN USING SINCE RELEASE. First of all NO I HAVE NO THIRD PARTY PROGRAMS RUNNING, NO OVERLAYS, NO MODS, NOTHING ELSE RUNNING. Same hardware I have been using since release, never had a crash til now. Its a problem with the videos in those two instances, EVERYTHING ELSE WORKS FINE. EVERY VIDEO, CUTSCENE, etc. The entire game works except for the movies in these two quests. This problem is NOT "my hardware" this is YOUR software.

Installing the game on the C drive may fix the error (it did for me), if that is something you can afford to do. If you cannot do that, I asked in my ticket how Square Enix intends to properly fix it. Hopefully, they will come back with a reply to my thread (same section of the forum).
Good luck!
PS: There are many, many crash report variants on the forum from what I can tell.
The specific error code trail I consistently get (that I think is the exact same in screenshots from the OP) is the following one:
