My last report provided all the necessary steps to replicate and has yet to be confirmed/addressed or fixed.

To include in this report, I have discovered that other servers have had 5 minute (Can confirm on last encounter with Namai Elder spawning within 15 minutes of completing Outfoxed), upto 6 hour respawn windows and yet today even after completing multiple times over the period of 12 hours There's been no sound or sight of Foxy lady spawning since last maintenance.
Can someone clarify or verify this information.

or, At the very least, investigate and resolve the issue prior to or post Maintenance scheduled for 25th August since my last report was an accepted bug.

I don't want to believe that the only reason I was able to encounter Foxy Lady was because of a routine maintenance spawn window. If this is occurring with Foxy Lady it is by logic occurring with other special FATES too.

For context, the original report was based of 2 weeks of actively camping Yanxia, researching possible ways to spawn Foxy Lady, documenting every FATE associated with Foxy Lady and also taking into account FATE ranks and Time-based AND Weather based spawn windows, this has accounted for what would have been a worthwhile experience in total has now become arduous and boring.

lastly, for the purpose of consistency and clarity, I also don't want to believe that any of the special FATES are purposefully being monopolised by HUNT FCs and FATE Parties as I don't see that being a possibility if the respawn window is between 12-48 hours after a successful FATE.

I am in firm belief at this stage it is having a detrimental effect on the Gameplay and having full well experienced it first hand, will no longer be contributing to any future bugs I stumble over knowing the fact that nothing will be done with the information.
