Models not showing up in Puppet's Bunker/game freezing and then resuming.

Not sure if anyone else is having this issue or not. Ever since the patch, every now and then the boss models in the Puppet's Bunker would not show up and I would have to restart my game just to have them show up again. It has happened on the first and last bosses for me so far. Also my game has run into some hiccups where it would freeze for like 5 seconds and then pick right back up. Has anyone run into any of these issues and if so, know of any fixes for it?
