Yo Kai Event Bug?

Not entirely sure if I'm missing something but it seems like I'm supposed to get a prompt to see Nohi but I can't find him (when I'm looking where he should be). I've never been to the Golden Saucer.

■Steps:
1. Never Been To Golden Saucer (New player)
2. Talk to Poor-heeled Youth & Get Quest
3. Go To Golden Saucer and get Cutscene
4. Get a reward and no other prompt..? No Nohi?
