Returning Player. How to upgrade?

Hello people :)

I'm returning after real life took me away from MMO's and have a (probably simple) question. When on the Mog station, it shows which version of the game I have and which expansions. I'm on PC and have A Realm Reborn and Heavensward. It gives the option to BUY StormBlood and Shadowbringers but when I click the link it takes me to this page;

On this page there are options for complete edition and Shadowbringers but nothing for Stormblood? Now I am assuming that if I were to buy the complete edition ill get 4 codes (one for each expansion) and I can just activate the codes I want to use?. But I don't really want to assume and then I get 1 single code for all of them lol.

Can someone please help, I'm probably been very silly and not noticing something very obvious lol

The Shadowbringers Expansion includes Heavensward and Stormblood. It is also stated at the bottom of the description.

As far as I am aware, the complete edition is indeed one code for everything, but since you own ARR and HW already you only need to buy Shadowbringers to get the last two expansions.
