7th Anniversary Digital Scrapbook - Page does not Submit

I tried to enter a screenshot into the 7th Anniversary Digital Scrapbook today, but experienced issues submitting.

The form submission thinks for a moment, and then it just scrolls to the top of the page without displaying an error.

Things I have tried:
- Using my default Browser (Firefox)
- Using an alternative Browser (Chrome)
- Full Cache Clear in Chrome
- Reducing the file dimensions to 1920x1080


Looking at the javascript console, bundle.js tries to use fetch() to POST to the "/screenshot/upload" path, gets back a 400 error, and then the cacth() call generates a console error
