Question about Ishgardian Restoration

I just started this for the first time and fear I may be doing something wrong. I went to Potkin to turn in his requested "Grade 2 Skybuilders Plywood" and it is stating that I have 0 in my inventory, when I have 3. Is there a pre-req I missed?

Collectability needs to be at least 50, looking at the picture yours is 45.
