We can't delete them though, they are an irreplaceable food source.

My question is will it come with limitations? (Character creation, equipment)
If yes, no thanks i'll rather they divert the dev resources to something else.

Well it would have to...they dont have human Heads or Faces. So headgear isn't easily added to them. Select Headgear would be wear-able, and other would be invisible. Unless they outright completely redesign the gear for Bangaa. Which would be even more development time.
