Rowena's Representative (Major City poetics vendors)

So so close to be an awesome bit of QoL but as they stand now are minimally useful.

ARR cities only has level 50 gear (eg. Ironworks)
Ishgard has level 60 gear only (eg. Shire)
Kugane has level 70 gear only (eg. Scaevan)

I had hoped that all vendors would have access to all tiers but at a minimum I expected that Ishgard and Kugane would include the lower tiers. Silly me I guess. Kugane makes no sense at all as the Reach is easier and cheaper to get to.

I had also hoped they'd remove the silly story gating on purchasing poetics gear but that would be too convenient.
