After 5.3, target arrow size is significantly smaller

2. See target arrow that appears above their head
3. It is much smaller than it used to be before 5.3

I am on a 4k laptop and my friends who aren't on 4k don't have this issue so it seems related to resolution. It is very difficult now to see this arrow in raids when tabbing around many enemies.
