Fisher - unable to equip Leg slot items in Glamour Plate

As a Fisher, working in the Glamour Plates in Bokairo Inn, the Legs slot will not accept any glamours, including universal items that work with all classes (example: Faire Kohakama - though nothing works). Only the Legs slot seems impacted. I have the filter set to Fisher, and my active job is Fisher, so all items appearing should be working (i.e., I'm not trying to equip Fisher gear as a Samurai - though the items are universal and should work regardless).

I switched to Samurai and did not have any issues with any items equipable by Samurai.
