New Marble Alcove Bed does not line up with or match the colors of the Marble Partiti

After checking out the new housing items, we wanted to add the Marble Alcove Bed to our house's lounge area. Much to our dismay, we discovered that the bed is not the same color as the Marble partition, even dyed, and the snap points on the grid do not line up AT ALL. I highly doubt this was intentional as it is just so offputting for housing items in the same theme to vary so wildly.
