ARR revamp question

It said in the patch notes that it won't be out till 5.35, is that just if u wanna redo the job quests or can we not redo the ARR msq till 5.35 or both?

From what I understand, and I could be wrong, the revamp itself is live with 5.3 with a new character. But you won't be able to access it via NG+ until later.

This is correct. The changes to ARR are going live tonight, and anyone starting a new character will experience the new ARR. People who are currently in the middle of ARR on a quest that has been removed or modified will need to abandon their quest and pick it back up to continue the story from that point in the modified ARR.

Those who are beyond ARR and do not want to start a new character will have to wait until 5.35 for it to be added to New Game+.
