Feedback on player support.

Hello. I'm a "new"/returner and I am really enjoying this game overall, but today I had to contact GMs and I gotta say how happy I am about how it went.
Had a little problem this night and in almost no time a GM reached out to me to talk about it. It all went very smooth. GM Ravivistant was very polite and had a very approachable manner of speak, which led to a fast solution and understanding of the matter at hand. It's really cool to know that the people in charge of the community are this sympathetic and efficient.
