Bug: Commencing NG+ teleports the player to the inside of player house models

Prerequisites:
Game Version 2020.03.27.0000.0000 (5150346)
Access to any Player Housing area
New Game + unlocked


Reproduction Steps:
1. Navigate the player character onto a roof of any Player House in any area
2. From the Menu select Duty > New Game+
3. Select any chapter in any of the available tabs
4. Press Commence
5. Observe the Result

Actual result:
Commencing, Suspending or Resuming any NEW GAME+ chapter will result in a short loading screen and "respawning" of the Player Character (sound of a minion despawning and reappearing can be heard). Doing any of the aforementioned NEW GAME+ actions while standing on top of a Player House will result in the Player Character being teleported to the inside of the house model. The Player can easily walk out of the model by jumping through one of the walls, with almost no collisions.

Expected result:
When the Player commences NG+ standing on a house, after the loading screen they appear in the same position, on top of the house.

Additional Notes:
I only tested the issue on a few house models, and not in both subdivisions of every zone, but I presume it applies to every house in the game.
