I have been experiencing lag spikes all day on instanced content, and very rarely in the open world. I ran WinMRT and saw that most of your servers are giving me a lot of packet loss.

Lag is extremely bad it appears to be on the routing servers right before it gets to the data center.

Yeah bad lag on my end here on Gilgamesh and a lot of people are having it so its definitely not an internet issue.
