Shoulder slot(s) and Helmet/Face fusion

Could we get slots for glamour purposes such as shoulder(s) and then an option to combine helmets and glasses/masks? I know Aion did something similar with fusing helmets together to allow the player to mix and match them properly. As far as the slots, we could have a left an right shoulder that is either fully taken up by a piece or can be just one individual piece. Maybe just not attach any stats to it and strictly leave it as a glamour slot. What could go for shoulder slots you ask? Satchels, capes, scarves, gauntlets, shoulder armor, spikes, sheathes, holsters, you name it. Having 1 for each shoulder would allow you to determine where you wanted an item or you put on a cape and it takes up both sides maybe. I'd love to see the ideas implemented but I'm sure it won't. What do you guys think?

We have enough issues with the current glamour system, and we don't need more stuff added before it gets better.

I don't think separate shoulder slots would work well. Chest armor is already designed to handle that area. It would only really work with new gear slots going forward, it'd be too much work to go back and edit existing outfits to accommodate that kind of change. And then it'd just be weird and confusing having this new gear slot that only starts having visible gear in like, 6.0 forward or something. It's bad enough we have invisible belts as is IMO.

I wouldn't mind having some accessory options though that are tied to facial cusotmization rather than gear slots. So you can have things like eye patches or glasses without using up your helmet slot. This hasn't been an issue for me personally because I don't end up liking most helmet pieces anyway and almost always hide it uniless I am using an eyepatch or glasses, but it could be a nice feature for people that do use helms more.

I figure it would just be a clipping issue at most to add things like capes/scarves rather than worrying about where it goes on the chest piece. Things like satchels just hang wherever and the strap clips it all but still manages to hang below your arm area regardless of the armor.

I would rather be able to wear upper/lower facial gear. As in, helmets and head pieces are classified as upper while mouth pieces like masks are lower. It would likely be a ton of work, because masks that go over the ears would clip with glasses, but still. I often want to wear both.

Shoulder slots might be a bit ambitious an ask from FF14, but face slots would be cool.

I can think of quite a few chest pieces I'd like to remove the shoulderpads from, but I'm probably just burned out on giant shoulders from my years in WoW.
