Problem with shared estate settings in private housing

Steps:
1. Am unable to access shared estate settings of my own private house, had previously been able to manage/evict/see tenants with no issue. When accessing the menu to use this feature I simply get a grey screen, have tried relogging and coming out of party to no avail, this is worrying me
