Well, if the contest was hands down, they would definitely win, as they are the shortest.

If you go by their starting stats, Hrothgar are decidedly stronger.

It's all relative right? I mean if I was having an arm wrestle with a Miqo'te, I'd probably get so enamoured than a female was even touching hands with me, that I'd turn to jelly and lose.
