You should be receive anima as a reward when helping a group to complete a quest that you've already completed or helping a group with an AF fight that you don't need. This would probably make too much sense though.

get rid of anima, its garbage.
There should at least be something other than instanced raid drops for helping out, Anima would be one but it suk0rz anyway, GC seals would be great though! ( *Д*)
