New to RP, are there FCs that welcome new RPers?

I've really been wanting to get into RP but it seems like the community on Primal is really small and close knit, making it very hard for me to make any friends or even interact with others in venues.

Are there FCs that are willing to take in very new to RP players and help them get into it? I was going to transfer to Crystal because I've read this is where the RP is at but I'm not sure what server (I've read Balmung and Mateus?) or if there are even FCs that will be okay taking someone that is a noob at RPing in.

You should check out Hydaelyn Role-Players website (https://ffxiv-roleplayers.com/). Last I check it's a pretty extensive list of RP FCs and LSs on various servers.

I should also mentioned that I belong to an FC called Teatime. I've been with them now for several months. Very active RP and a friendly group of folks. If you see any of them online feel free to message them and find out more.

Hey there, RPC is a good place as mentioned, but I think its activity has died down over the years with many folks using Discord. I notice my FC is no longer on there...I'm probably guilty of neglecting our page there.

I run an RP FC and am pretty active in the overall RP community on the Crystal Data centre, so I am familiar with the different communities.

What kind of RP are you looking for? Or are interested in? (If you've not settled on what you want) And I might be able to point you in the right direction, or if it sounds like we offer what you're looking for & talk about recruitment.

If you have anything Crystal I am usually on Yesunova Hotgo (tied to this profile) or Saefinn Liljasson. Though I am working right now, so won't be on for a couple of hours or so.


Also, it is worth checking out what Fellowships are going, there are quite a few RP ones on Crystal

Balmung is #1, but if you can't get in, there's plenty of CWLS and groups willing to take you in and teach in every world on Crystal.
