Feedback: GM Laghegath

I'm fairly new to the game, just now getting the courage to try some dungeons on my own. Was bullied for my gamestyle and then booted from a dungeon for not obeying orders to not use my AOE skill as a healer. (I was using Holy on some mobs) Long story short, I was embarrassed and hurt so I reported the incident.

The GM Laghegath was very compassionate, supportive, and apologetic for the other players' behaviors. Made me feel validated in my snowflake feelings :D. GM also provided recommendations on how to block other players to prevent further issues.

I felt terrible after being booted from a dungeon that I finally had the courage to try, without help from my spouse, but the GM assured me to stick with it and it will get easier. Helpful and encouraging.:o

Same. Gm Laghegath was really helpful tonight, very quick to reply and made things easy to understand. I give them five kuponuts on 'Eorzea Yalp'

Very helpful in assisting a report against a cheating player, i hope the issue will be resolved. Appreciate any help they can give as they have helped in the past.

They were well within the rules though it probably didn’t feel good. You’ll get it. I suggest just hitting a striking dummy with all your spare time to practice the core rotation and aoe rotation so it comes naturally. Dungeon healing it relatively ez so as long as you can holy away on big packs and through a preemptive HoT you’ll be good
