[GM Feedback] General
I had an issue with lost items in the game and contact SE support and was referred to contacting a GM in game. I tried to contact a GM and quickly got a form response telling me a GM cannot support in the issue and to contact SE support and to leave feedback on the forum.
I feel like I am stuck in a loop between 2 customer service groups and my case will never actually be addressed or answered. Just feels bad.

there is a one in a lifetime item restore you can use for ONE ITEM ONLY - you contact a GM in game using the in game support for that.
if you want to rollback your character that is also possible (if you lost a great deal of items/gil due to your account being hacked, etc) - also same method. beware that this process can take upwards of weeks and you must not do anything else until it is complete.

The biggest frustration was that I have a problem and was just being passed off between 2 support groups.
Losing the items is also frustrating. The game had a bug and crashed during a craft and when logging back in the craft was over and all items lost. If it is their policy to not restore items in that situation then I accept it. I may not agree with it but accept it. Just actually say it rather than telling me to contact the people who referred me in the first place.

in that case they're just following a script. losing crafting items during a crash while crafting is just something you have to consider when playing the game. just accept it and move on.
