Ravi was very polite after contacting me ingame for an issue I had experienced.
Ravi asked for clarifying information, and assured me my concerns would be investigated and looked into.
It was my first time raising a ticket, and to be honest, I did not think it would be responded to so quickly, or addressed personally at all.
