Irregularity in Text of Quest 'The Legacies We Leave'

This is an extraordinarily minor irregularity, but I thought I would report it, as it is very similar to another irregularity I have reported here before.

For this quest, and others like it, some text is written to the main chat window, like system messages are. This is used during this quest to represent the player's reminiscence of prior events. It is shown like this: https://i.imgur.com/agNL9Kb.png

However, if one proceeds normally through the quest up to the step 'Make camp in the ruins southeast of Zenith', and watches the cutscene at that destination, this text is instead recorded in the event window as if an NPC had spoken, but with no name: https://i.imgur.com/J5qxnZv.png

I assume this is unintended. I can't be sure if this is a localization problem, or if this issue exists across versions and is more akin to a bug. I apologize if this isn't the right place to submit this report.
