So I have tried so many times today and yesterday to get this rectified. I paid for the transfer from Ultros to Hyperion. It failed to send the one and only character I have. I went to support desk, opened tickets etc etc. I just keep getting the same automated message which when I do keeps telling me it fails. Though I know I did fix the issues.
