Random: exp/status-off notification resize help

This is a bit random, but does anyone know how to change the size of the notification for when you get exp & when a status drops off (i.e. when Sprint falls off you get south scrolling txt/symbol -Sprint flows down screen). It is pretty large in in my game (just started anew after 2yrs) font/symbol size, and I hate it lol.

I am on Ps4 controller interface, Ive been fiddling with my HUD elements with no luck (as I also cant think what the element for this would be called, but have played with all the ones I think it could be). And I have googled like crazy but hit a dead end lol.

Any help would be awesome :o
