2 Accounts 1 PC, is it possible?

Anyone running two windowed modes on the same comp?

I'm playing at 1080 and high settings on everything except shadows. Game runs at 30-40 in Ul'dah and 60fps outside almost anywhere except places like Natalan (even while just staring at a rock)
