Can't hire retainer

Hey all, i thought id try out the premium companion app and got myself a third retainer with it, but i decided to let it run out and just have the extra retainer, but when i tried to register a new retainer service to re summon my third one the site gives me an i2501
error when trying to use steam payment (what i use for my normal sub) any ideas? Thanks

Update: I tried again after some time from my phone and was able to pruchase, issue resolved thank you!

It sounds like you tried again at a later time and it just worked?
