Postmoogle Quest Not Available

World name: Famfrit

NPC name: Deputy Postmoogle
Area and coordinates: Limsa Lominsa Lower Decks (x10,y11)

I think I got up to Stroking the Haft in Postmoogle quests months ago, never got to Thwack-A-Mole to my recollection because I don't have that minion. The Postmoogle has no quest marker and I don't have anything listed in my journal to complete. I have no idea what's going on, where I should go next, if I missed something, etc. I remember what happened was that I finished a quest and then there was no next quest. I looked around for a while to try and see if the Postmoogle was elsewhere, then kind of gave up and accepted my fate with the assumption that I did something wrong.

I'd really like to keep doing the Postmoogle quests though, and a friend mentioned I should get this fixed. Is there any way for me to do that?
