Unable to register to Duty Finder

Steps:
1. I was grinding Brayflox's Longstop (Hard) for anima relic, I cleared the dungeon (36th time with MCH), then I tryed to rejoin again but it was stuck and system send me in game message in chat log as this:
Unable to register. Maximum number of duties exceeded.
Unable to register while penalties are being incurred.
2. I was really sleepy after a grind night, so I went to sleep thinking that was the 30 minutes penatly (even if was invisible to duty finder screen) but when I login again (7 hours after the issue) the duty finder was still locked.
3. I tryed to do some duty with my alts, and it worked. So only my main (Seymour Farias) is locked.
