Looking For A FC That Does Weekly or Monthly Raids

Hey there; I'm not new to the FFXIV but since the beginning of me playing this game I've yet to find a FC that communicates often or even raids with eachother. Almost every FC I've joined only ever stated greetings to each other and went about their business. Was hoping to finally join a community that communicates and raids.

Hi My character's name is Xadurath Longheart and I have cleared all of the raids on normal difficulty up to shadowbringers patch 5.45 except for the alliance raid in heavensward. I would love to join your free compony and go on raids with all of you. I am looking to try my hand at savage raids.
