Feedback for followup of "Lost Item Recovery" Support Ticket

Thanks again for the speedy in game reply to my ticket about the rare Relic I accidentally deleted. Since I was informed it was a "once a life time per account" deal, I declined the offer to retrieve the item... but wanted to suggest maybe making this a "once per certain time frame" deal? Even if its like "once every 7 years"? Ive been playing since ARR and never once used the feature, but I declined because of the fear of "what if something worse happens down the line?"

I kind of feel the "once and thats it" is too strict, especially for players who have played for years!

Just thought i would leave that suggestion, thanks!
