I'd love to see time/gravity/Arcanist lore built in where the guild is excommunicated from Limsa and move to a new town (Ishgard?) because of their actions on messing with time to learn/reacquire long lost spells (Gravija/Haste/Doom/Stop) and because the Ishgard are a GC that are shrouded in mystery and have a self-reliance methodology, this was their only way of keeping monsters from overtaking their stronghold for ages, the quest for this could be that players are transferred "back in time" in the same build for Dungeon entrances to seek out to regain these spells with an introduction of a Time based NM. I'd love to see an Arcanist have a type of "Sweat Of Brow" ability to tie in with the time based abilities.
Anything else to add here then?
