Mining text adjustments

Since I'm pretty sure mining in caves won't be abolished. (Wish it was just quarry points in caves)

If the mining point is above ground, out in the open... the text should stay the same.

"You sense a grade 5 mineral deposit 347 yalms to the west."

If the mining point is inside a cave (stupid Halitali, stupid stupid Halitali) maybe change the text to read:

"You sense a grade 5 mineral deposit deep within the earth 347 yalms to the west."

Would help my blood pressure and I know SE cares about my health.

Have to say, that would be nice. :)

My sentiments exactly! I haaaate Halatali with a burning passion. It does make me lots of gil but ugh. Iron lake is the bomb, Halatali just sucks. Anyway I think this is a good idea. It would help if the maps were a bit better in terms of "caves" vs "not caves"
