My game keeps crashing straight to desktop, im in the Japanese inspired town I cant remember the name since its my first time in that location, but im in a short cut scene maybe like 4 lines of text and if i skip it my game CTD, if i let it play out CTD, i've tried the self help stuff like, swap to dx9 which gave me a whole slew of issues, reset me resolution, deleted the ff14 online folder in my games folder, and finally reinstalled the game, im not sure what to do at this point.

To prevent repeating previously attempted troubleshooting, what have you tried to alleviate the problem? Does this crash happen when Final Fantasy XIV is the only program running? Where in game does the crash occur? Also, could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
