Suggestions in game

Hello!

So today I discovered that, the in-game suggestion box doesn't affect the suggestions made for the game, it only affects the support desk itself & GM controlled things, like cheater reports, bugs etc.

The reason why I made this post is that, nobody told me. I have been sending suggestions over the past 7 years, without any responses from the GMs.

Needless to say, I'm kind of disappointed.

The suggestion I would love to ask, is to make the support desk have this kind of system. Asking things on forum, makes this harder for some of us.
