[GM FEEDBACK] [GM]Gm Wyndallus

[GM]Gm Wyndallus have approached me regarding my report to the Support Desk in game within 1 hour. GM Wyndallus have responded to my report professionally and in a very kind manner. I was not expecting a GM to private message me and show concern towards me, so this is really heartwarming. Not only that GM Wyndallus have ensured that the report will be taken seriously and undergo an investigation, GM Wyndallus have also console me on what happened.

I am really glad and touched to see that this is the shadow of FFXIV, the Game Masters making and building a great community behind the scenes!

GM Wyndallus, if you saw this, please know that I am really grateful for your help! :D

Gm Wyndallus reached out to me tonight regarding a support ticket within an hour of submitting it. They were courteous, knowledgeable, tactful, and made me feel that my concerns were being addressed/investigated and that the company employees are appreciative of the customers. Thank you.

Gm Wyndallus also responded to my Support Desk ticket in a very timely manner. They were very kind, courteous, and consoling and understanding over the circumstances of my particular ticket, and as those above said, made me feel like my issue was being addressed and that it would be taken seriously. It was very lovely and tickled my heart to be treated this way, and so promptly at that!

Gm Wyndallus has taken to banning/suspending players over RP venue advertisement in Party Finder.
I'd like to rescind my thanks, and voice my concern as to their actions.

Is there a reason Wyndallus (and seemingly *only* Wyndallus) is running some kind of personal crusade against RPers in PF?

On a personal note, GMs a people, too. I knew a GM back in the day (not from XIV, they GM'd in WoW) who said that they had bad days when everything seemed to go wrong and they could make an incorrect, snap judgement. Really, that happens to anybody. I'm not saying its justified, of course. I'm just saying people aren't perfect.

Except this isn’t one snap judgment on a bad day. This is MANY, albeit very suddenly and very recently. Still, it is clearly a mistake, and measures should be taken to correct that mistake.

So let me get it right, i report a lot of runs eller and gils seller and get a gm message to stop reporting people for nothing, but a random GM decide that Roleplayers are the ones that should be banned. Seriously ?

Stop ERP'ing and advertising your ERP in PF and maybe you won't get banned. Next time try keeping it in your pants and not sharing it in the party finder. One guy gets a warning for fishing and the rest of you who were advertising your Brothel 69 Superstore are getting behind this one guy to justify your disgusting fetishes.
