New player here looking for an LS.

About me:

I'm Canadian, 32 and played FFXI for several years on the Fairy server under the name "Methos". I quit a few months before the server merges and returned on Sylph for short stints here and there and was forced to change my name to "Kinjo" upon returning. Got a few jobs to 85 but haven't played XI since the 85 cap.

Was in a few endgame linkshells on Fairy, none of them were hardcore; more casual like. Did Sky, Limbus and Dynamis lots but never really got into the HNM stuffs.

Currently leveling Lancer in 14. No idea if that will be my main...DRG has always been my favorite job since Kain in FF2/4 though so that's what I started with here! Hopefully it won't end up like XI's early drg's (I hit 50 just as they instituted the Penta spam nerf way back in '04ish and no one wanted DRG's for anything for a long time after that lol).

Hey there! I've just started up playing this game aswell, been playing for about two weeks and I'm really starting to enjoy how friendly players are in this game. It's a nice change from the MMORPG's I've played in the past. I played FF XI for a short while on the xbox 360, but I was too young to have a long enough attention span to concentrate on it.
I still play FF X to this day, and it's what made me choose to spend a lot of my money on a high end computer so I could play this game.
I'm from the UK but my Linkshell consists of mainly people from North American time zone, and I'm sure they'll be more than happy to have you join.
