FATE "Fuath To Be Reckoned With" does not correctly spawn Forlorn Maidens

Area and coordinates: Il Mheg @ 33.0x 5.1y 1.0z

Steps:
1. Engage the FATE boss The Daens and reduce its HP to approximately 50%.
2. A Forlorn Maiden may attempt to spawn with the message "The smell of death has drawn a Forlorn maiden to the battlefield!" displaying in chat.
3. Attempt to locate the Forlorn Maiden.

Result:
No Forlorn Maiden can be found within the perimeter of the FATE or within visual range of the FATE.

Notes:
- I have been unable to confirm whether this also occurs with the Forlorn.
