Steps:
1.I was running Squadron dungeon Command Missions.

2. Upon engagement with Firemane, NPC Pagneul, a Lancer, used Heavy Thrust and Lance Charge.

3. Then he attempted to perform the Chaos Thrust combo. Since Squadrons have not been updated, this combo is defunct, meaning the combo never went off.

4. This resulted in a strange loop where he kept trying to apply Chaos Thrust using a combo that no longer works.

5. This occurred for the rest of the dungeon, and will not abate until fixed by Square Enix. It is a result of them changing Lancer combos for players without changing Squadron NPC behavior.
