Idea for future SMN Tance: Firestorm

I think I have an idea for a Trance for SNM, one that goes back to our roots and is isnpie by the Eden raid series.

I'm not talking about Eden herself though, what I am talking about is...

The basic idea would be to take the aether of of our Ifrit and Garuda egis and fuse them together using the Trance system, via a dissipation-esque skill. This would be called "Firestorm Trance" and work slightly similar to the others. Recharidn g Aetherflow stacks, and changing the spells and abilities to more thematic counterparts. Bio, Miasma, Egi Assault II and Painflare would change into Fire and Wins aspect DoTs for the former two, a Single Target Fire Attack that the summoner casts, and a more thematic Wind AoE attack.


But wait there's more, upon filling up the Trance stacks, you can then summon Demi-Raktapaksa, which does the usual Demi stuff and also opens up Enkindle Raktapaska, an upgraded Radiant Shield and Contagion as abilities. The Enkindle attack, Firestorm, will deal massive damage to a single target and then inflict the upgraded Dots to nearby mobs.


What do you think? I understand the idea could use some polish and that it has prolly been floated before. But I appreciate any discussion and criticism of this concept.

Hmmmm. A combination of fire and air ... Phoenix perhaps? SE might already consider that a done deal.

That's my prediction too. Would love if it had some time-based effect too, maybe applying slow to the enemies or haste to the party.

Summoner is one trance away from feeling perfect, tbh. Always be in one.

Alexander would be great. Imagine casting divine judgement

ugh I'm not down for more trances tacked on, and i'm really not down for eden summons for them :x
