Since mods moved my first post from tech support where its SUPPOSED to be because i need TECH support i am making another one...

I need help with error i2501 i have waited days and i cannot purchase anything on mog station. I am not using a vpn, i have tried my phone, i have tried separate internet connections what can i do to fix this.
