An unexpected error :(

https://i.gyazo.com/f7d0c76243186844...304a6f7624.pngThis error happened while I was afk in eulmore the whole morning then all of a sudden sometime in the afternoon this error popped up and I haven't been able to get back on since. I have tried every single solution to fix this error to my knowledge. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the game, uninstalled and installed an older version of my gpu drivers, did registry editing, tried switching to directx 9 but it still won't work, edited the boot cfg file/deleted the folder in documents, deleted ffxiv_dx11.exe, edited internet explorer options, double checked if I had any overlays enabled, and uninstalled GShade. If anyone has any other solution I would appreciate it so much. I just wanna do my dailies/weeklies :( Also I dont know if this would help but my other games work but some games don't. I.E. LoL and MHW boots up perfectly fine but other games such as maplestory and apex cant seem to work. They keep saying the game can't be found but the path I set in the clients is still fine and I see the files and everything still intact.

Have any changes happened to the device before the issue began? We would also like to recommend several other troubleshooting steps:

1) Make sure that your hardware is not overheating and remove any overclocks you may have on your graphics card or processor. Please check that any fans or vents are clear of blocks.
2) Disable any additional programs that could cause interference with the game itself including chat programs. Also, remove any custom configurations made using graphics driver-level programs.
3) Turn off Fullscreen Optimizations. Find the executable file for the game (normally found in the install folder), right-click it and select 'Properties'. Under the 'Compatibility' tab, check the box labeled 'Disable Fullscreen Optimizations', then click 'Apply'.
4) Remove any unnecessary USB or audio devices (controllers, headphones, flash drives etc.)
5) Update and reinstall the drivers for your graphics card
6) Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything
