Suggestion: Give Warrior this Trait much earlier.
Reasons: AoE spam is typical play for mob groups. Steel Cyclone (lv 45)/ Decimate (lv 60) are both essentially worthless until this skill is gained at lv 74. Another reason is that WAR is currently the only tank to have their gap-closer (Onslaught Lv 62) require use of their job guage.
