What are the Free Trial Restrictions again?

So I've been playing FFXIV for a bit, and I've recently made a dedication to help new players to the game get a boost. Problem is, a lot of the ones I'm running into are on the Free Trial, so I can't trade with them. I know they can't trade or use the MB (or go past lvl 35,) but what other restrictions are there?

Just so I can work around these and help our new players as best as I can.

Something i found particularly frustrating when I was a new player on the free trial: people can send tells TO free trial players, but trial players are unable to use either /tell or /r so its impossible to reply. I had to panickedly run around town a few times hoping I'd find the person so it didn't seem like I was ignoring them.
